Recently i started to explore Power Apps, and first thing i tried is Out of Office, which is super quick and super easy.

I wont take much of your time, because that hasn’t take much of mine time either 🙂

So open PowerApps desktop application, I assume it can be achieve through the mob app as well.

Search for “Out off Office” template

Select Out Office, then click to “Create New”

 

On the next screen, you need to set your response duration, once done click next

Now you can set the response type, chose it as per your requirement and click next

Choose email access type as below, click next

Select contact info you wish to suggest to contact, text box can search people within your org

so, now you can see auto generated email body with all of your chosen options, you can choose different email body if email received from inside/outside organization

Once click save, it will show you the final screen.

Furthermore it will create an Reminder on your outlook as well

So if i try to send an email to this user, this will send an auto reply email

 

Ohh i forget to mention, when you open PowerApps, it will ask the permission to access office 365 account.
