I’ve spend some time on it, seems to be regular feature, but does take some time of me. So Just to save your time and effort and notes for me as well, i am writing this up

A quick background, i was using “send an email notification (V3)” action in the Power Automate.
I have to add an href in the email with SharePoint Document URL and Name. Link option is bit limited and not able to pick the dynamic data.

There is an option to do editing on the html view of the body, so after several hits and misses, i am able to add that href.

So just turn the html view of the body, and insert href as below
