Background, i was working to start flow when the document is uploaded in SharePoint document library.

Well as you can see from the below image, fields are there under the “When file is created (Properties Only)”, but it returns only the null values.

So to get the respective field value of the document uploaded, you can use the “Get File Properties” action. This will bring the relevant value
